Tom Draffin joined J.T. Turner Construction Co., Inc. in 2003 as the Director of Operations. On top of managing the project teams of The Ford Plantation and Yellow Bluff, Tom is an asset in researching and confirming potential opportunities for the Company throughout the Coastal Empire.
