Tripp Turner began working for his father as a young adult, learning the ins and outs of the company by starting in the field and moving through the company to learn every facet of the external and internal operations.

As Director of Business Development, Tripp works closely with each division to ensure the growth of the company while maintaining the principles and values upon which the company was founded.
